Prof. Charles Lekic, Director of the Master of Pediatric Dentistry-Pediatric Dentistry Graduate Program, The University Manitoba, and Prof. Diana Ram, Head of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at The Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Dental Medicine, signed a Collaborative Agreement between DVI-Hadassah School of Dental Medicine-Manitoba University School of Dental Medicine that will facilitate the exchange of Canadian and Israeli interns in Pediatric Dentistry. The Canadian interns will come to Israel to work at DVI and participate in seminars under the academic auspices of The Hebrew University-Hadassah School of Dental Medicine, and Israeli interns will travel to Canada and will be hosted by our Canadian colleagues.

Under the supervision of DVI’s Director General and Associate Dental Directors, the Canadian interns will contribute to provide dental care to children in need alongside the other volunteer dentists who come from a variety of countries. Everyone at DVI will benefit greatly from the professional and cultural exchange facilitated by this important and welcome collaboration.
