Thanks to Alpha Omega London and Operation Blessing, DVI is sending five children for necessary orthodontic work, which we cannot provide at DVI. These children suffer from a combination of severely impacted teeth and crossbites, that would affect their normal tooth development and jaw development, if left untreated.
DVI’s mission is to make sure that all our patients’ dental needs are taken care of, including malocclusions that can be treated with early intervention. When these types of interventions cannot be performed at DVI, the children are referred to Hadassah’s Orthodontic Department according to an agreement reached between Professor Stella Chaushu, the Head of the Department, and our Director, Dr Roy Petel.
